REZALLIANCE’s proposal is an alliance around a common goal:

To ensure every employee working in any company or organization, is really included, regardless of their demographic and cognitive characteristics (gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, age, neurodiversity, etc.). Our fifferences, whether apparent or not, make each individual unique but can also expose us to harassment and discrimination. Everyone is concerned, that is why we must act together to make inclusion less of a slogan and more of a reality for all individuals in all workplaces.

Our association is the outcome of an individual initiative and was created without any public funding.

We get our revenue solely from membership fees and donations.
